READY TO UP-LIFT?

I am glad you are here.  It means you are ready to take your creative work and your personal life to the next level.

You may be wondering what happens from here.  It's simple, really.

First, fill in the simple form below.  All of your answers are confidential and they are for my eyes only.

I will respond back to you as soon as I am able to, via email.  The email will include a link to my calendar, where you can choose a date and time that works for you for us to have an introductory meeting.

In that first call, I will ask you what you want to share with me about what is bringing you to coaching and what you need from me during the time we are going to share together in that call.  I will then do some of the talking, explaining what coaching isn't and what it is, telling you a little bit about myself so you know who I am and where I come from.  I will ask you about your future goals and what it is that you want.

​

I will ask you if you think coaching with me is something that you think will be valuable to you and if you feel that it is, I will further explain the options, pricing, payments and go through the contract to make sure that everything is completely transparent and clear.

​

We will then determine a start date for our journey together, where we will focus on overall objective and goal planning, drawing the map, if you will, of where it is you want us to go.  And then, we are off!  With our back-packs full of everything we need, we will make those first steps down the trail.  You are the guide: you set the pace; you determine what you want to stop and look at, and what you don't; you determine what the destination is and when it has been reached.  And my role is to support you the whole way.​
